All About The Hair

I'm the type of person that enjoys changes in life. When i continued into high school from middle school, I was elated! New school, new people, new teachers, new subjects, new learning... I could go on....

When it comes to my hair, it's really no different.

I'm indecisive with my hair; I am a woman. There's no shocker here! I have been known to say "I hate when my hair is short;" yet I always seem to be cutting it!

It's a vicious cycle.

I do look cute with short hair though.

I am currently growing out my hair; it's kind of painful, I'll admit. I've never wanted to cut my hair so badly before! 

Irregardless, I enjoy short hair and long hair for different reasons.

It was November 2012, I was blessed with a little cutie now named Nala. we had adopted her from the Dumb Friends League when she was almost a year old. I love my Nala-bug!

It's Been Awhile, Yeah?

The latest blog I've posted was about life right after high school. Which for me, was over two years ago. WOW! Time sure does fly... Which is both a blessing and a curse. 

In the course of two years I have started college, I fell in love, bought my first new car, bought a house, traveled outside of and around the country, and got a steady job. 

HOLD THE PHONE RIGHT NOW....

Life moves so fast, you barely have time to breathe. But whats strange is that you never know how fast it's moving unless you reflect back. Which is what I'm doing right now.

Don't get me wrong, i love my life right now. I have a brand new car, a cute little yellow house, and the man of my dreams by my side 24/7. Yet, i can't help but feel nostalgic because I wish i was 18 again. Life was so tremendously easy but I thought it was so hard. I thought paying for my own gas was harsh.

I'm happy with where I am in my life and I'm proud to say I've worked hard to be here.

Now for enjoyment, here is a picture of me before work. I worked at a grocery store right after high school! How cute was I? All excited to work.. 

My Life Is Average

I'm pretty sure that it's not easy for anyone when they grow up. It's July and I graduated in mid May but it feels like it has been ages since I graduated. I'm not ready for the real world. It's nice that I got a job right after high school, I'll give life that, but it's a downer that most of my money goes towards bills. Don't get me wrong, I live with my parents, so housing is covered-for now. But I have to pay my phone bill, my car insurance, gas for my car, and sometimes food. Now, I've never been all that into my family's financial needs but now I kind of have to be. Gas is not cheap at all, and I need a cell phone because what happens in my car breaks down on my way home form work? I think I've learned more after high school that I did i high school...
