My Experience: Telluride, Colorado!

Hello, again! 

I've recently taken a short, (by short, I mean 2 days)

 trip to Telluride, Colorado. Telluride is a beautiful 

mountain town in Colorado. It's snow capped mountains

 are home to many Coloradans.  If you Google "Telluride" 

be prepared for mountain pictures.

Yet, looking up pictures aren't as awesome as 

seeing Telluride for yourself.I took many pictures in the road, 

and I thought it'd be fun to share them with you!

Bucket List! ♥

Today is a nostalgic kind of day. When I was 13, my best friend Natalie & I created a best friend bucket list.. a BFBL. It was very particular in that everything on the list was to be done together. 

I just so happened to stumble upon this bucket list today whilst cleaning out my closet. First of all ,can I just say it is the most adorable thing!

Everything is written in colored pencils & there are even little drawings of some things incase someone couldn't understand what we meant by words.

Ah-freakin-dorable, amiright?!

This is the only salvageable picture I could find of Natalie & I. We were about 15/16 years old, but you get the idea of 13-year-old us :)

This post isn't about my 13-year-old self & best friend's bucket list. This post is about my, sole, bucket list. I am writing this as an adult (of sorts- I'm a few weeks from 21!)

As for now, this completes my bucket list. I may come back in and cross things off that I do over time, I think that'd be fun.

My Experience: International Travel! ♥

I work for an airline, so traveling is no big deal to me. Packing is easy; traveling is even easier. Over the summer I traveled to the UK. 

I flew on this monster (787 for my fellow airline geeks) and it was definitely an experience I had wanted to do! The aircraft was huge! 

It's configuration is 3 seats, an aisle, then four seats, then another aisle, finally 3 more seats. That's a total of 10 seats in one row! Incredibly large airplane to say the least. 

Traveling to another country is far from traveling within the country. I got lost a couple of times in the airport in London. Thankfully, there was another flight leaving 1 hour after my original flight which I totally missed by the way. 

Once I made it to Dublin, all my worries were set aside. I had made it to my final destination: the beautiful country of Ireland! 

It was different from anything I had ever experienced. It was breathtakingly beautiful. 

The castles, the greenery, even the pubs were magical! The Irish know how to live well! 

Though I did not drive, my father drove, I could tell how difficult it was due to the fact that they drive opposite Americans. Driving was probably the most difficult thing about traveling international in my case because there was no language barrier. At times the Irish accent was hard to comprehend but locals were nice enough to repeat. 

In short, on our trip to Ireland we: 

•Saw the rock of Cashel

•Traveled around the Ring of Kerry

•Guinness beer factory tour 

•Kilbeggan whiskey factory tour

•Jameson whiskey factory tour

•Cliffs of Mohr

•Dublin (traveled the city)

•Blarney Castle/Poison Garden

•Sean's bar in Galway 

My favorite part was the castles! We don't have castles in Colorado like the castles I saw in Ireland! 

I would love to travel back to Ireland to see more of its beauty. In fact, I'd like to travel around the UK a bit more.
